Group Fitness Bootcamp commences Monday 4th October 2010 at 6.15am

Just a reminder that the next block of 4 week group fitness/bootcamp commences Monday 4th October 2010 at 6.15am at the Ocean Grove main beach promenade. Don't forget to wind the clock forward one hour on Sunday night!! Everybody is welcome!! I hope to see you there. There will be some beginners starting in the group and we will also have a go at honing our beach volleyball skills at some stage !!!

Cost is $144 for 12 sessions over 4 weeks. ($12 per session) Casual attendance at bootcamp is $15 per session.

Daylight saving commences 3rd October 2010

Once daylight saving starts you will get the chance to see the sunrise at the beach if you join the 6.15am exercise class. It's a magic part of the day. Hope to see you soon.

Bootcamp commencing Monday 4th October!!!!!

Term 4 Group Morning Exercise

We are now into week 4 of the 5 week bootcamp group exercise sessions. Once school goes back on Monday 11th October I will be running a 4 week bootcamp each Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6.15am at the main Ocean Grove surf beach. There will also be the Saturday 8am make-up class at 12W Eggleston Street beach steps.

Cost will be:

4 weeks 12 sessions @ $144 (equates to $12 per session) Instalment available of 2 instalments of $72 if required)

Casual session attendance $15

Bring a friend for free for their first session and if they book in to continue exercising, I will credit you with a free session too!
