About Me

I am a qualified lawyer with a Law/Commerce degree and a qualified personal trainer with a Diploma of Fitness. I hold registration with the Law Institute of Victoria and Fitness Australia with accreditation in gym instruction, personal training and training of children and older adults. I hold accreditation in boxing fitness for personal training and am a registered netball coach with Netball Victoria. I have played and coached Aussie Rules at local and inter league level and I have a strong interest in personal fitness particularly in an outdoor environment on the beach. I meet personal training clients on the steps to the Ocean Grove beach at the 12W emergency services sign and at the main surf beach. Exercises and workouts are designed for all ages and levels of fitness.Group exercise fitness classes are offered at Ocean Grove Mon, Wed & Fri at 6.15am & as well as Barwon Heads 6.15am Tues & Thurs.
