Next Winter Bootcamp Monday 12th July

The next 12W Bootcamp commences on Monday 12th July at 6.15am. Sessions will be run at 6.15am Monday, 6.15am Thursday with a make up class at 8am Saturday (for anyone who misses a session during the working week). There will be 10 sessions over a 5 week period which will take us up to almost the end of Winter. All are welcome to come, including friends and those who doubt their level of fitness and commitment!!. $120 for the 10 sessions payable in advance. Text me on 0488 272 029 to confirm.
