Monday 1st November at 6.15am is the final block of group fitness sessions for 2010. It is a 6 week program consisting of 18 sessions from the 1st November to the 11th December with sessions each Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6.15am at the Ocean Grove main beach. There is a make-up session at 8am each Saturday. Depending on the tides, there will also be beach volleyball at the 8am Saturday sessions. See you on the beach. Call me or email any queries.
